Front Street in Port Angeles, WA. She will be offering aromathérapie consultations, aromathérapie and natural perfume blending classes by appointment only. Are you suffering from stiff joints, and sore aching muscles? Tired of using Tylenol, Ibuprofen and other over the counter remedies?
If so, you may want to try using some natural essential oils to diminish the pain and soreness. Here is a list of our essentials oils that have great anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and analgesic qualities.
Eucalyptus – Anti-inflammatory / Cooling properties. Clears the mind. Do not use on children.
Roman Chamomile – Anti-Inflammatory / Anti-neuralgic / Antispasmodic / Calming / Sedative
German (Blue) Chamomile – Anti-inflammatory/ Analgesic
Frankincense – Analgesic / Anti-Inflammatory
Lemongrass – Analgesic
Palo Santo - Anti-inflammatory/ Calming / Sedative. This is also a great oil for calming panic and anxiety attacks.
Ylang Ylang - Strong sedative and antispasmodic properties.
Fir (Siberian) - Anti-Inflammatory / Antirheumatic / Antispasmodic / Rubifacient. This oil also works great to clear the sinsuses.
Cajeput – Analgesic / Anti-Inflammatory
Coriander – Analgesic / anti-inflammatory / Anti-depressant
To make an aches and pain relief oil blend add 15-25 drops of essential oil or essential oil blend to 1 oz. carrier oil such as Olive, Almond, or Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils are very powerful. Do not apply to skin UNDILUTED. **To create a perfect blend you may need to experiment with different oils to find the ones best suited for your own unique body chemistry.
Soothing Massage Oil Formula: 12 drops Eucalyptus, 4 drops Frankincense, 4 drops Lemongrass, 4 drops Fir (Siberian), 2 drops Ylang Ylang, 1 oz. olive or almond oil. This formula smells fresh and will help relax and soothe tired aching muscles.

Want to make a muscle relaxing bath soak?
Try adding 2 drops Juniper, 1 drop Rosemary, 1 drop Myrtle, 2 drops Cypress to one cup of Dead Sea Salts or Epson Salts.
